You simply dab the mouth clean without damaging the delicate skin. The mouth wipes (also called spit wipes) are multifunctional. The mouth wipes come in a 3-pack. You can wash the wipes nice and hot so that they can always be used hygienically. You can iron them but smart not to do that. Uncoated hydrophilic cloths absorb more moisture.
